The Trust’s learning materials contain images and video footage of individuals who have all given their consent to the sharing of this personal data, with the understanding that once their information is in the public domain the Trust no longer has sole control and will not be able to remove all information from the public domain.
However, individuals who are identified in Trust learning materials do retain the Right to Be Forgotten.
You may ask to edit, see a copy of your information, remove consent, or delete your information at any time by contacting our Legacy Partners, which are About Dementia and Staf.
